REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All items are non-refundable but exchangeable. A customer may exchange their item with the same design within 7 days of receiving your order depending on product availability. Item to be returned needs to be unworn and in its original condition (Original item with hangtag and packaging).
PROCEDURES FOR EXCHANGE
Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject heading 'ITEM FOR RETURN'. Please attach your order reference number, reason for exchange and item you would like to exchange it for. Please include your Full Name, Delivery Address and Contact number for delivery. Once your item has been received by the warehouse, it will be inspected for any defects and an exchange will be made so long as the item satisfies all our quality checks. A postage fee will be incurred by the customer for shipping of the item for exchange. Payment of shipping fee is required prior to shipping of the item for exchange.
All sales items are not eligible for refund or exchange. If you accidentally forgot to key in the discount code and wish to redeem the discount after purchase has been made, refund can be requested via credit store only. Please email us at email@example.com for any further information.
